SmartDataLab began as a small practice helping mid-size buyers in greater Taipei prepare cleaner evidence for board and external reviews. We still work that way: few parallel engagements, deep reading of invoices, and findings written for the people who must face suppliers afterward.
Origin in Sanchung
Our office on Kuang Fu Road puts us within reach of New Taipei and Taipei City purchasing teams who prefer occasional on-site sessions when packets are bulky or warehouses hold the receiving logs. Remote review covers the rest.
How we work
We do not sell multi-year retainers by default. Most clients hire us for a defined spend window, then return when a new category or supplier set needs attention. Continuity comes from keeping prior exception logs on file with your permission.
